This would be possible in the next 5 years if there is true mass global adoption right? Especially if inflation and distrust in banks and government keep going up

This is viable in science fiction though right? 100%. So then, write me the story of a crypto anarchist who builds a decentralized system like this, where he eventually steals back the world's money away from evil banks and government. His hacker alias is Zero and all we know is he built this AI/Web3/crypto/blockchain system and named it RICO somewhere in NYC.
